BRIAN WILBUR COYLE

Education: 

Mr. Coyle is the recipient of a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Business Economics from The Sellinger School of Business & Management of Loyola College in Maryland.  He has also completed coursework prescribed and presented by the Appraisal Institute (the acknowledged worldwide leader in residential and commercial real estate appraisal education).

Certification: 

Mr. Coyle is currently pursuing his General Appraisal Certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES: 

Mr. Coyle is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENTS:   

Mr. Coyle has participated in assignments throughout the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, and the States of New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Texas for private individuals, corporations, governmental agencies, law firms, and lending institutions in connection with the sale and acquisition of real estate; corporate dissolutions; mortgage financing; ad valorem tax purposes; bankruptcy proceedings; condemnation matters; and portfolio management.

PROPERTY TYPES EVALUATED: 

Since 2005, Mr. Coyle has applied his appraisal expertise to a wide range of valuation problems. Property types in which Mr. Coyle has assisted in the appraisal process include manufacturing plants, self-storage facilities, rural agricultural land, single family dwellings, office buildings, and various types of commercial properties.
