Mr. Falcone is the recipient of a Bachelors of Science Degree from The Pennsylvania State University.  He has also completed coursework prescribed and presented by the Appraisal Institute (the acknowledged worldwide leader in residential and commercial real estate appraisal education).

Licensed Real Estate Broker (#RB 028857–L) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Certified General Appraiser (#GA-001584-L) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES: 

Mr. Falcone is an accredited and designated member of the American Society of Appraisers holding the ASA designation (Accredited Senior Appraiser); Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute; and Realtor member of the Delaware Valley Realtor Association.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENTS:   

Mr. Falcone has participated in assignments in 5 of the continental United State for private individuals, corporations, governmental agencies, law firm and lending institutions in connection with the sale and acquisition of real estate; corporation dissolutions; mortgage financing; ad valorem, income, and estate tax litigation; bankruptcy proceedings; condemnation matters; and portfolio management.

PROPERTY TYPES EVALUATED: 

Mr. Falcone has applied his expertise to a wide range of evaluation problems. Property types appraised include industrial properties such as manufacturing plants, industrial buildings, laboratory facilities, warehouses, flex buildings, research and development facilities, food processing plants, and water front facilities. Institutional properties such as churches, schools and nursing homes; hotels and motels; office buildings; service stations; shopping centers; department stores; operation centers; residential properties; and acreage and building sites. Property interest appraised include fee simple estates, leasehold estates, reversionary interests, and leased fee estates.

Expert TESTIMONY: 

Mr. Falcone has been qualified as an expert in the valuation of real estate in the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County and Delaware County, Pennsylvania; and for ad valorem tax proceedings in Berks County, Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Dauphin County, Lehigh County, Luzerne County, Montgomery County, York County, and Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; Bergen County, Burlington County, Camden County, and Middlesex County, New Jersey.

PAST EXPERIENCE: 

Previous positions include the management of commercial office buildings, retail space, and residential properties. As management agent he was responsible for leasing, tenant fitups and overall maintenance of properties. As a Broker he has listed and sold real estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
