Education: 

Mr. Kelly is the recipient of a Bachelors of Science Degree in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University.  He has also completed coursework prescribed and presented by the Appraisal Institute (the acknowledged worldwide leader in residential and commercial real estate appraisal education).

Certification: 

Licensed Real Estate Broker (#RM-049155-B) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Certified General Appraiser (#GA-000693-L) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES: 

Mr. Kelly is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and a candidate for the organization's MAI designation.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENTS: 

Mr. Kelly has completed appraisal and consulting assignments have been completed on properties situated in the metropolitan Philadelphia area as well as the states of Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia for private individuals, corporations, governmental agencies, law firm and lending institutions in connection with the sale and acquisition of real estate; corporation dissolutions; mortgage financing; ad valorem, income, and estate tax litigation; bankruptcy proceedings; condemnation matters; and portfolio management.

PROPERTY TYPES EVALUATED: 

Since 1984, Mr. Kelly has applied his expertise to a wide range of valuation problems. Property types evaluated include manufacturing plants, industrial buildings, office buildings, truck terminals, hotels, farms, retail/commercial properties, residential properties, and acreage and building sites.

Expert TESTIMONY: 

Mr. Kelly has been qualified as an expert in the valuation of real estate in the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania; and for ad valorem tax proceedings in Allegheny County, Bucks County, Chester County, Dauphin County, Delaware County, Lackawanna County, Luzerne County, Montgomery County, Union County and Washington County, Pennsylvania; the City of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, New York; and Richland County, Ohio.

PAST EXPERIENCE: 

Mr. Kelly's previous positions include Staff Appraiser with Strategis Asset Valuation and Management Company; and Associate Real Estate Appraiser with Northland Appraisal Company.
