Education:		Mr. Coyle is the recipient of a Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He has also completed course work presented by the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers.

Certification:		Mr. Coyle is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware (Delaware Supreme Court ID #3909); and a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Pennsylvania Supreme Court ID #80388).

PROFESSIONAL sOCIETIES:		Mr. Coyle is an Associate member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Coyle is also a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Delaware County Bar Association.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENTS:		Mr. Coyle has participated in assignments throughout the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, the State of Delaware and the State of New Jersey for private individuals, corporations, law firms, and lending institutions in connection with the sale and acquisition of real estate; mortgage financing; ad valorem, and estate tax litigation; condemnation matters; and portfolio management.

PROPERTY TYPES EVALUATED:		Since 2002, Mr. Coyle has applied his appraisal expertise to a wide range of valuation problems. Property types in which Mr. Coyle has assisted in the appraisal process include real and personal property assets in industrial facilities including manufacturing plants, office buildings, service stations, shopping centers, vacant tracts of land, and various types of commercial properties.

PAST EXPERIENCE:		Mr. Coyle’s previous positions include Associate Attorney at Kassab, Archbold, & O’Brien, LLP, a Media, Pennsylvania law firm.
