| Central City: | Central City space located near the historical urban core commonly associated with traditional government and financial districts in most cities. | |
| Suburban: | Includes both suburban areas and "urban clusters" with area of high concentrations of industrial or office space that often rival nearby Central City. | |
| Vacant: | Total square footage of vacant rentable industrial space, including sub lease. | |
